Francisco Joubert Bernard is a dynamic bassoonist, educator, and community arts advocate who holds a Master of Music from the Yale School of Music and a Bachelor of Music from the Conservatorio de Música de Puerto Rico. He is a passionate champion of Latin American repertoire and is deeply committed to amplifying the voices of Black, Latino, and other underrepresented musicians within the classical music sphere. Beyond his musical performances, he is a recognized industry leader who has been featured on the cover of International Musician magazine and is the current owner of VGB Music Store.
