TEACHING & MENTORING

As an Assistant Professor of Infectious Diseases, I am actively involved in both inpatient and outpatient teaching. In the inpatient setting, I supervise fellows, residents, and medical students during consults and bedside rounds, emphasizing clinical reasoning, evidence-based management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. In the outpatient clinic, I work alongside fellows and residents in the management of complex bone and joint infections, providing exposure to longitudinal patient care and multidisciplinary decision-making.

In addition, I contribute to formal didactics through interactive lectures and case-based discussions with Infectious Diseases fellows, Internal Medicine residents, and Orthopedic and Podiatry residents, fostering engagement across specialties and enhancing collaborative learning.
