Dr. Mientus works closely with medical students and pediatrics residents in outpatient pediatrics clinic. She mentors residents on quality improvement work and other scholarly activity. She enjoys participating in the Resident Experience Committee as a faculty member, and she is the faculty leader and creator of the Advanced General Pediatrics rotation. 

She develops educational materials for residents, including lectures, interactive teaching materials, and morning reports.
