Ali Ismail, MD, graduated from Nishtar Medical University with his MBBS. He completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Ismail completed a Surgical Pathology Fellowship from Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science and then a Breast Pathology Fellowship from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He joined University of Louisville Pathology & Laboratory Medicine in 2025 where he is currently an Assistant Professor.
