Andre Faul received his BEng Electronic Engineering and BEng (Hons) Electronic Engineering from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, in 1983 and 1987 respectively. He served two years in the South African Defense Force as a Signals Officer from 1983 to 1984. He joined a consulting engineering firm in 1986 and became a director and partner of the company in 1998. He moved to the USA in 2000, was appointed as an Instructor (Term) in the ECE Department in 2001, received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville in 2014, and is currently an Assistant Professor (Term) in Electrical Engineering.
