Justine Landi is an Associate Professor at the University of Louisville in the Department of Family and Geriatric Medicine. She is triple boarded in family, geriatric, and palliative/hospice medicine and completed her clinical medical ethics fellowship at the University of Chicago's MacLean Center, where she also served as a director of the ethics consult service before transitioning back home to the University of Louisville. She practices in the post-acute and long-term care, primary care, and inpatient settings. She provides comprehensive care for older adults that focuses on the primary care management of chronic and age-related conditions, safe transitions of care, end-of-life care, and substance use disorders.
