Dr. Andreas Stamatis is an Associate Professor in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Louisville, where he also serves as a Mental Performance Specialist for UofL Health. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Baylor University, along with advanced degrees in Sport Pedagogy, Computer Systems, Executive MBA, and Economics. Dr. Stamatis brings extensive international and interdisciplinary experience to his work, integrating academic scholarship, applied sport psychology, and leadership in program development. He is the Program Director for the Graduate Certificate in Holistic Sports Coaching Education and a Research Fellow in Mental Performance & Translational Research, with a focus on bridging evidence-based psychological principles and real-world performance contexts.
