Dr. Ankur Datta is an assistant professor at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and a board-certified neonatologist for Norton Children's Medical Group. He holds Bachelor's Degrees in Chemistry and Physics from Emory University (2003) and earned his medical degree from University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2008, where he also completed his pediatric residency (2011). Dr. Datta then left Louisville to fulfill his fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Northwestern University before returning to his alma mater to join their faculty in 2023. During his time away, he worked as an assistant professor at both the Medical College of Wisconsin and Nortwestern University, in addition to also obtaining a Master's Degree in Clinical and Transitional Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2017. His primary areas of expertise and focus are in Fetal Care as well as Children's Hospital Neonatal Consortium.
