Dr. Ann Herd, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPC, is an associate clinical professor of leadership and organization development at the University of Louisville.  Having earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, she teaches and regularly engages in community-based scholarship in the areas of leadership development and executive coaching, and strategic talent management for employees in all types of positions.  Assisting employees and organizations in meaningful change initiatives is a core focus of her work. Organizations with whom she has worked include KentuckianaWorks, the United States Army Special Operations Command, the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command, the United States Army Human Resources Command,  Masonic Homes of Kentucky, U of L School of Medicine, Boston Scientific Corporation, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Norton Healthcare, and Hosparus.
