Dr. Aurelia C.H. Wood is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Norton Children’s Endocrinology and the Wendy Novak Diabetes Institute, affiliated with the University of Louisville. She serves as the Physician Lead of the Diabetes Advanced Resource Team (DART) Clinic, which utilizes an intra-disciplinary clinical model to support patients and families with diabetes who are the most vulnerable to complications. Dr. Wood also serves as the Physician lead for WNDI School Health and Equity, working with university, institutional and community partners to address the complex systemic-based needs of patients and families with diabetes.
