Bailey is an HIV pharmacist certified through the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVP). She has served in the 550 Clinic since 2017, helping patients to understand and access their medications, both for HIV treatment and prevention. Bailey has led research for understanding the role of rapid initiation of antiretroviral therapy on retention in care. She also hopes to research the outcomes of utilizing long-acting injectables for HIV treatment and prevention.
