Bailey LaPaugh, AuD, CCC-A is an audiologist and assistant professor in the School of Medicine, Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and Communicative Disorders at the University of Louisville. She balances her time between teaching the Au.D. graduate students and providing clinical care at UofL Health, where she offers a comprehensive range of audiologic services, including vestibular evaluations, electrophysiologic testing, audiologic assessments, and hearing aid selection and fitting.

Dr. LaPaugh earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in 2021 and completed her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) at the University of Louisville in 2025. Her fourth-year externship was completed at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, where she gained advanced clinical experience in a diverse medical setting.

As an educator, Dr. LaPaugh is passionate about preparing future audiologists through evidence-based instruction, mentorship, and real-world clinical integration. She is committed to fostering strong clinical reasoning skills and compassionate patient care in her students.
