I am a vertebrate paleontologist at the University of Louisville School of Medicine focused on craniodental evolution in Mesozoic mammals. I have active field programs in the Western US, most recently in the Upper Jurassic Morrison Formation in Utah. I co-direct the integrated basic sciences course for first-year medical students (CADE: Clinical Anatomy, Development, Neuroanatomy, and Physical Exam), as well as teach cadaveric anatomy to first-year dental students and dental Residents and mammalian sensory evolution as part of a undergraduate/graduate neurosciences seminar course.
