SPONSORED PROJECTS

Dr. Ceresa's research interests are in understanding the molecular mechanisms that regulate signaling by the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor, particularly with regards to the receptor's regulation of corneal epithelial homeostasis and regeneration. His laboratory combines the use of in vitro, cell biological, and in vivo assays to develop new methods to accelerate the re-epithelialization process.
