Cheryl Parker, DNP, CRNA, RNC-OB, FAWHONN, FAANA, is a distinguished nurse anesthetist and academic leader currently serving as Director of the Nurse Anesthesia Program at the University of Louisville. With a strong commitment to advancing clinical excellence and education in anesthesia nursing, Dr. Parker brings extensive experience in obstetric anesthesia, trauma informed care, curriculum development, and mentorship. Her leadership is marked by a passion for empowering future CRNAs through evidence-based practice, innovation, and advocacy for the profession.  Her professional involvement includes leadership in nurse anesthesia education and advocacy for excellence in women's health and perinatal care.
