Dr. Christopher (Andrew) Day is a Professor and current Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Geographic and Environmental Sciences. His research primarily focuses on how climate and land cover processes can impact hydrological systems and water resources, including: flooding hazards, droughts and water resource availability, water pollution in urban and rural environments, and methods in GIS/geospatial modeling. He teaches related courses in physical geography including the Global Environment, Hydrology, Geomorphology, GIS & Water Resources.
