As Director of the Office of Educator Development and Clinical Practice at the University of Louisville, I provide leadership and oversight for clinical experiences and educator preparation partnerships. My work focuses on supporting students throughout their progression from early field experiences through student teaching and certification. I collaborate closely with university faculty, school and district partners, cooperating teachers, and university supervisors to create high-quality clinical experiences. I am committed to strengthening partnerships, supporting future educators, and ensuring candidates are well prepared to make a meaningful impact in P–12 schools.
