Courtney Eaves is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Louisville.   She is the Associate Residency Training Director, teaches medical student and resident lectures, and sees patients at the outpatient clinic and the Emergency Psychiatry Services site.

Dr. Eaves received her B.S. in Biology (cum laude) at the University of Kentucky in 2010.  She received her M.B.A. and D.O. from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee in 2015.  She completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Louisville in 2019, where she was chief resident.

Dr. Eaves has Kentucky state license, DEA license and a Buprenorphine Waiver and is currently seeing patients in the U of L Healthcare Outpatient Clinic.  She is a current member of the American Psychiatric Association, Kentucky Psychiatric Medical Association, and American Society of Addiction Medicine.
