Dr. Cristina Tone earned her doctorate in Mathematical Sciences from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 2010. She joined the Department of Mathematics at the University of Louisville as a faculty member later that year. Since then, she has taught a wide range of undergraduate and graduate courses in mathematics and statistics. Her research interests focuses in probability theory, stochastic processes, and applications.
