Daniel Gipson is a neonatologist with Norton Children's Medical Group and an assistant professor with the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Gipson earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed both his residency in pediatrics and fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine and UF Health Shands Children's Hospital. Dr. Gipson's research during fellowship focused on explorative study of neonatal intestinal diseases using unsupervised machine learning. His academic interests include medical education and simulation.
