BIO
My research goals are to contribute to the treatment of neurogenic pathologies affecting the urogenital and colorectal systems through central and peripheral neuromodulation. This involves developing a comprehensive understanding of the circuitry and neural mechanisms underlying urogenital and colorectal function before and after a spinal cord injury (SCI) or other pathology affecting the central and peripheral nervous systems.
