Diane Riff, DNP, APRN, NP-C, is an Associate Professor and Director of the RN-BSN Program at the University of Louisville School of Nursing. She leads the innovative ASN-BSN Concurrent Enrollment Program, which expands access and accelerates degree completion for nursing students. Dr. Riff also currently serves as an educator in the HRSA-funded initiative supporting LPNs transitioning to BSN degrees, with a focus on rural and underserved communities. Her work reflects a deep commitment to workforce development, health equity, and academic innovation in nursing education.
