TEACHING & MENTORING
Two thoughts guide my teaching:
- The classroom is a laboratory for experimenting with ideas in a controlled and creative manner; it is not a museum for pristine dogma.
- All readings, exercises, and assignments ought to show how philosophy improves our thinking, feeling, and communicating, especially when encountering ideas different than we're used to.
Courses Taught
