Hanah  Alley, MD is a board-certified neurologist completing a Vascular Neurology Fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital. She completed her Neurology Residency at the University of Louisville, where she served as both Chief Resident and Wellness Chief.

Dr. Alley has a strong background in stroke and vascular neurology, with research interests including stroke in young patients, perioperative stroke, and emerging stroke risk factors. She has participated as a subinvestigator in several clinical trials and has multiple national and international presentations and publications.

She has demonstrated significant leadership in medical education, curriculum development, resident recruitment, mentorship, and protocol development. Her accomplishments include induction into Alpha Omega Alpha and multiple resident achievement awards. She is expected to bring strong clinical, academic, research, and educational experience to an academic neurology practice.
