Dr. Ghimire is an engineering educator with over one decade of experience, beginning at Kathmandu University (2001–2006) teaching undergraduate Mechanical Engineering courses. He later served at the University of Kentucky–Paducah Campus (2018–May 2024), where he taught Fluid Mechanics I, Engineering Experimentation, and Manufacturing Processes courses. In 2024, he joined the University of Louisville as an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering, where he teaches core courses such as Thermodynamics and supports student learning through structured, student‑centered instruction. His research area of interest is Engineering Education.
