Hima Bindu Dukka, BDS, MSD, MPH, FICD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Diagnosis & Oral Health and Director of Graduate Periodontics at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Oral Immunology & Infectious Diseases. Dr. Dukka earned her BDS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India, an MPH in Epidemiology from Indiana University, and both her MSD and Certificate in Periodontics from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. Her academic work includes teaching clinical and didactic periodontics, conducting periodontal and implant‑related research, and contributing to professional service at national and institutional levels.
