BIO
Hiromi Taniguchi teaches intro statistics and research methods for the Sociology Department. As an Asian Studies Program affiliate, she regularly teaches family sociology focusing on Japan. Her research areas are work/family interface, personal and social relationships, and wellbeing. She co-edits Social Currents, the official journal of the Southern Sociological Society, with Andrew Davis (North Carolina State University).
