TEACHING & MENTORING
Gross teaches master's and doctoral courses in the Higher Education and Workforce Development program, including Intermediate Statistics (LEAD 701), Organization and Administration of Higher Education (LEAD 682), Educational Resource Management (LEAD 684), Strategic Planning (LEAD 659), American College and University (LEAD 678), Program Development and Assessment (LEAD 666), Philosophy of Higher Education (LEAD 681), Diversity and Higher Education (LEAD 689), and Organizational Change in Higher Education (LEAD 697). He has chaired 14 completed dissertations and currently chairs three active dissertations, with three additional students in proposal development. He serves as doctoral advisor to 12 students and advises approximately 50 master's students annually.
