Dr. Sah holds key leadership roles within his institution, including Director of the Neurostimulation Clinic, Co-Director of the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, and Director of the Epilepsy Outreach Clinic in Paducah, Kentucky. In these roles, he has contributed to the expansion of specialized epilepsy services, enhancement of multidisciplinary care pathways, and extension of subspecialty care to underserved regions. He serves on the Child Neurology Executive Committee and is an active member of national professional organizations, including the American Epilepsy Society, American Academy of Neurology, Child Neurology Society, and American Academy of Pediatrics.
