UofL Physicians Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Dr. Fornadley is a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience treating a variety of conditions, including traumatic injuries, breast and oncologic reconstruction, burns, skin oncology, breast hypertrophy, and excess skin after weight loss.
