Dr. Jennifer LePore is an accomplished educator and practitioner with nearly two decades of experience across higher education, athletic administration and student support. Currently teaching in the Department of Sport Administration at the University of Louisville and as an adjunct faculty member at Columbia College, her instructional portfolio spans undergraduate and graduate courses in sport governance, financial principles, strategic management, sport policy, and global sport identity.

Holding an Ed.D. in Global Sport Leadership, Dr. LePore’s expertise lies at the intersection of organizational leadership and global sport culture.  Beyond the classroom, Dr. LePore brings extensive executive experience, having served as Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations and Senior Woman Administrator at Queens College, Director for Spartan Academic Support Services at UNCG, and Head of Academics at THP Academy. She also serves as a consultant to a university registrar office on NCAA certification and policy.

Dr. LePore is dedicated to creating an inclusive, discussion-friendly classroom where a diverse group of students can build confidence and innovate. Drawing on her administrative background, she prepares students to become globally aware, impactful leaders in the sport industry.
