Jennifer Pollard currently works as a research professor with the Kentucky Reading Research Center connected to the Department of Education. Here she works with studies to examine which literacy practices as most effective for different populations as well as how behaviors can affect these outcomes. Prior to working in the KRRC, Jennifer was an art teaacher for 10 years and then became BCBA, working in the community setting, for 10 years. She still currently serves a handful of clients as a BCBA as well.
