Jennifer Porter, M.D., is a pediatrician with Norton Children’s Medical Group--Novak Center.

Dr. Porter received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Howard University, medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University, and completed her Pediatrics Residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She joined the UofL faculty in 2016.

Dr. Porter’s interests include early childhood education, heath literacy, early childhood development and health equity. Dr. Porter currently serves as the Chair of the Health Equity, Engagement, and Effectiveness Committee, Reach Out and Read Site Director, and Early Childhood Taskforce Chair for the Kentucky Chapter American Academy of Pediatrics.
