Jessica Minges, MA, NIC, QMHI is currently the Practicum Coordinator at the University of Louisville’s ASL Interpreting Studies program.  Originally from Cincinnati, OH, Ms. Minges has been an instructor for 16 years and has worked as a freelance interpreter for 20 years in various settings including: mental health, performance/platform, business, post-secondary, medical. She obtained her Master’s in Interpreting Studies with a Teaching Emphasis through Western Oregon University.  Her professional interests include approaches to teaching interpreters as well as the inter- and intra-personal skills of interpreters.
