Professor and Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Jeremy Thomas is a tenured professor at the University of Louisville and Dan Danzl Endowed Chair of Emergency Medicine, serving as Chief of Clinical Service for UofL Health. With extensive experience spanning academic medicine, hospital leadership, and quality improvement, he has held numerous executive roles, including Medicial Director, Associate Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice Chair. Board-certified in Emergency Medicine, he is deeply committed to advancing patient care, education, health system improvement and physician wellness. Father to 2 amazing kids (and now 1 grand) and 1 neurotic dog he is committed to his faith, family and friends, personal growth and investing in others.
