Jonathan Vlahos, DMD, MS, teaches the art of endodontic surgery and practical clinical techniques as a Clinical Educator at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry (ULSD). After completing his DMD at ULSD in 2007, he was commissioned as a Lieutenant and fleet dental officer with the United States Navy. While in the Navy, he completed a General Practice Residency in San Diego, California, where he was trained in trauma and surgical treatments. His next station was to Okinawa, Japan for three years under the 3rd dental battalion with the Marines. After finding his niche in endodontics, he returned to ULSD to complete his endodontic residency and master's degree. Dr. Vlahos practices at East End Endodontics in Louisville, Kentucky.
