Kathryn Marcellus, M.D. is a Psychiatrist based in Louisville, Kentucky, specializing in Adult Psychiatry. She is currently an Assistant Professor and practitioner within the UofL Health's Peace Hospital. She primarily provides care in an inpatient setting, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of complex mental health conditions 

She completed her Psychiatry residency at the University of Louisville (2019–2023), where she also served as Chief Resident. During her residency, she delivered a Grand Rounds presentation titled "Emotions: What Drives Us Together and Apart?" which explored the emotional factors that influence human connection and behavior.
