Kelly Schroeder, Au.D., is a pediatric audiologist with Norton Children’s ENT & Audiology. She earned her doctorate in Audiology at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Kelly specializes in hearing aids, behavioral diagnostics, and auditory brainstem response testing, bringing her expertise to support children with hearing needs.

Her philosophy of care centers on providing comprehensive, family-centered care. She aims to prioritize shared-decision making, recognizing unique needs of each child and their families to develop and meet their communication goals. 

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
