Dr. Kristi Havener is an Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and a board-certified neonatologist for Norton Children's Medical Group. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with High Distinction from Ohio Northern University in 2003. In 2007, she graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and then continued on to the University of Louisville for pediatric residency (2010) and neonatal-perinatal fellowship (2013). After completion of her training, Dr. Havener joined the UofL Department of Pediatrics Faculty in the fall of 2013. Her primary clinical responsibilities are as a NICU nocturnist at Norton Children’s Hospital and her main area of academic expertise and focus is transport.
