Her research interests focus on maternal mental health, with her dissertation work examining depressive symptoms among Amish and Mennonite women in Ohio. She is pursuing a manuscript-style PhD dissertation that includes a scoping review, psychometric analysis of the PHQ-9, and a descriptive correlational study using secondary data.
