Laura B. Cornwell, M.D., FAAP, is a board-certified pediatric urologist practicing at Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville, KY and serves as assistant professor at University of Louisville School of Medicine.   She is currently 90% FTE for clinical duties, 10% FTE for teaching.

She completed a clinical and research fellowship in Pediatric Urology at Rady Children’s Hospital – San Diego and University of California San Diego’s Department of Urology in 2021. Dr Cornwell completed her residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY.

She serves as an Educational Committee co-chair on the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Urology (AAP SOU), a social co-chair with the American Association of Pediatric Urologists, and is an active participant of the Western Pediatric Urology Consortium (WPUC).
