Program Director for the Med-Peds Residency: 

 Supervise and guide the training of 20 combined internal medicine and pediatrics 
residents. Major areas of work include resident advising, coordinating scheduling of rotations, and recruitment of 
medical student candidates for potential matriculation to the residency program here, as well as facilitating the 
quality improvement curriculum for the med-peds residents. This year also included the expansion of the Med-Peds 
Elective – created content and arranged for guest speakers and workshops on a variety of topics centered around 
career development, business of medicine, health care systems, transitions of care, health care disparities, 
community engagement, and quality improvement

Academic Advisory Dean for the School of Medicine.

serve as a faculty advisor to 5-7 students from each med school class from MS1-4 years.
Humanism and Compassion in Medicine Faculty Facilitator -Small group facilitator for group that meets about 4 times 
each semester to discuss various topics centered around humanism and compassion in medicine
