BIO

Hey y'all! I am a pediatric cardiologist based in Louisville, KY, currently practicing at Norton Children's Hospital since 2023. I pursued my medical education at the Medical University of South Carolina which I completed in 2017. Then, i went on to complete my residency in Pediatrics at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and a fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. While there, I developed an interest in preventative cardiology as well as fetal cardiology as well which is what I continue to pursue as an assistant professor here at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. I also work at our regional outreach clinics that span across the state of southern Indiana and Kentucky to improve access to general cardiology services.

I am an avid gardener and video gamer (horror, RPG, puzzle). Although I am a newly converted Cardinal fan, I will always be a diehard South Carolina Gamecock (Go Cocks!) as I achieved a BS in Biology/English from the University of South Carolina in 2012. In my spare time, I also like trying out new restaurants, distilleries in/around Louisville, and watching a good football game.
