Dr. Galloway brings a diverse range of teaching and practice experience to the School of Nursing, including over 25 years of experience as a nurse practitioner and over 20  years of teaching experience across multiple programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.  Dr. Galloway received her BSN and MSN from Spalding University. She completed doctoral work at Bellarmine University in 2013. She holds dual certification as a nurse practitioner in Pediatric Primary Care and Family through ANCC and AANP. 

Dr. Galloway's clinical focus is primary care pediatric health, including well-child care and immunization practice. She has practice experience in developmental/behavioral pediatrics, including developmental delays, school-related disorders, autism, and ADHD. Her doctoral work focused on the development and implementation of a school-based health center and has a passion for the Nurse in Every School initiative. Dr. Galloway is dual certified as a nurse practitioner in both Family and Pediatric Primary Care.
