Dr. Lynn Roser, Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville School of Nursing, has over 28 years of teaching experience and expertise in leadership, infection prevention, and epidemiology. She is nationally certified in infection control (CIC) and a Fellow of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology. Dr. Roser has served as a nurse epidemiologist and as Kentucky’s Infection Prevention Nurse Consultant, collaborating with healthcare professionals to implement evidence-based prevention strategies. Her research focuses on the intersection of infectious diseases, behavioral health, and cardiac complications, exploring how mental health and physiological outcomes interact in conditions such as COVID-19.
