Martin Huecker, MD, serves as co-editor in chief of the free, open access Journal of Wellness. He is Professor, Research Director, and Wellness Director in the Emergency Medicine department at the University of Louisville. His academic achievements include membership in Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha honor societies. Dr. Huecker graduated from the University of Louisville's Emergency Medicine residency program in 2011, where he also served as Chief Resident. He is actively involved in patient care, teaching residents, and has a broad range of research interests. Additionally, he is a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician (DipABLM) and enjoys activities like reading, trail running, and spending time with his family.
