Dr. Rathmann is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Special Education at the University of Louisville. She teaches courses in Moderate to Severe Disabilities (MSD), transition planning, and supervises both practicum and student teaching experiences for pre-service teachers. Her work focuses on teacher preparation, effective instructional practices for students with extensive support needs, and inclusive STEM education.
