PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • I provide peer review services to multiple manuscripts across the topics of nephrology, proteomics, and bioinformatics.  I am an associate editor for the journal Cardiovascular Toxicology.
  • I provide ad hoc grant review support to the AHA, NIH, and European Science Foundation for training grants, individual research grants and program grants.
  • I am the chair for the Subcommittee for Research Safety and Security for the Robley Rex Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
  • I service on committtee for the Department of Medicine, Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology, as well as the University of Louisville for a range of subject matter.
