Dr. Michael Stocker is an Assistant Professor in the University of Louisville Department of Emergency Medicine. He practices clinically at UofL Hospital, UofL Jewish Hospital, and UofL South Hospital. He serves as an Assistant Program Director for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program and faculty for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Fellowship

Dr. Stocker grew up in Yorktown, IN. He graduated from the Louisiana State University New Orleans School of Medicine while also completing an MPH in Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences. He completed emergency medicine residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and EMS fellowship at the University of Cincinnati before joining the University of Louisville in 2026.
