I am a dedicated physician and Medical Director passionate about improving patient well-being, especially in underserved communities. My career has centered on clinical improvement, patient satisfaction, and a particular interest in dermatology and office-based procedures. As an Associate Program Director (APD), I mentor residents and serve as a Faculty Resident Advisor, offering guidance and support throughout the residency. I develop and implement Improvement Plans (IP) for residents and medical students and have contributed to curriculum development and improvement. My commitment to education has been recognized with the KAFP Teaching Faculty Award (Kentucky Academy of Family Physicians, 2025) and the Residents’ Teaching Award (University of Louisville, 2024).
